Quota Architecture Intensive

Eight weeks to make the quota a designed object

This is the only program we run with a named instructor of record and a written limitation you should read before paying a deposit. Fees on this page are informational; there is no checkout.

Modules

  1. Territory as a map, not a list We rebuild coverage from travel time, account concentration, and public-sector cycles common in Queensland and New South Wales.
  2. Stage language under oath Each stage gets an exit test two managers can apply to the same record without conferring.
  3. Forecast as a claim Commit, upside, and junk are separated with examples from your live book, not a generic funnel cartoon.
  4. Discount geography We chart where price moves without a corresponding move in risk or scope.
  5. Coaching hour A 50-minute weekly format that forbids status recitation and requires one decision.
  6. Handover seams SDR to AE, AE to delivery: what must be written down so the next person is not guessing.
  7. Pause week No sessions. Managers run the new rules without us in the room. We read the CRM afterwards.
  8. Hold review What survived, what managers quietly reversed, and a 90-day maintenance note.

You should be able to

  • Defend a commit number without inflating coverage.
  • Name the deals you will not decorate in the forecast.
  • Run a coaching hour that produces a decision, not a mood.
  • Explain stage movement to finance without a translator.

Informational fee

AUD 18,400 team of up to eight, 14 weeks of calendar including the pause

Travel inside South East Queensland is included. Interstate days are quoted separately in writing.

Instructor of record

Portrait of Callista Renn, program instructor

Callista Renn

Callista ran mid-market teams in Brisbane and Townsville before joining Toolkitroute. She still sits second chair on forecast calls during intensives. She does not lecture on mindset.

Questions we would rather answer now

What will this program not do?

It will not repair a broken product, a compensation plan you already know is punitive, or a CRM no one logs. If those are the constraint, we will say so in week one and stop rather than perform consulting around them. That is a real limitation, not a modest disclaimer.

Can individuals enrol without a team?

No. The intensive needs two managers and a live book of record. Solo operators should look at the Lost-Deal Clinic instead.

Do you record sessions?

Only with written consent from every person on the call. Recordings stay with the client; we do not reuse them as marketing.

Notes from people who sat through it

Week four was uncomfortable. Callista marked three of my “commit” deals as junk in front of my director. She was right about two of them. The third still closed, which I have not let her forget.

★★★★☆

The discount geography module paid for the rest. We had been treating a Sunshine Coast cluster as “price sensitive” when it was actually one AE training the market to wait.
